Our community website was developed to serve as an information resource to both the neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.

Construction Update for 2012

The summer season is upon us quicker than normal. We are certianly moving along on our projects. The reroofing of M, N, O, Q, C and E are beginning the week of May 7. The first roofs to be replaced will be  the flat roof section on both bldgs M and N

Construction is continuing on the pool deck and fence. Yes the pool will be open this summer.

Some of our larger and more mature trees on property are going through some pruning and in some cases removed because of disease. This will protect surrounding trees. Currently working with our landscape company to develop a 5 year plan for our landscaping needs.

2011

REVISED BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING SCHEDULE

The Board of Directors have revised their monthly meeting schedule. They will meet on the third Monday of the following months.

January, April, July, Sept, Oct

The annual meeting is scheduled for the first week of December date TBD.  


RECYCLING IS IN PLACE ON PROPERTY

The ownership voted to have recycling on property and it is in full operation. It is located in the west back lot in the middle dumpster house. It is a Single Stream process which means you can place the items listed below in the 8 cans that are in the dumpster house.

Aluminum cans, aluminum foil and tin plates, glass bottles and jars, plastic containers #1-7, flattened cardboard, magazines, newspapers, junk mail, office paper, brown paper bags, phone books, paperboard (cereal boxes, juice and milk containers)

DO NOT INCLUDE FOOD WASTE, FILMS, PLASTIC BAGS, PLASTIC WRAPS, OR FOAM CUPS AND CONTAINERS.

This is a great opportunity for all of us to be green, please respect the rules of what can be placed in the bins. There are two rows with four bins please fill in the back four bins first. Place all other trash in our regular dumpsters. Thanks

PLUMBING

Management is asking everyone to be aware of the water usage in the buildings.  Our common lines can be overloaded if you are using your clothes washer and dish washer while everyone living above and below you is using their clothes washer and dish washer at the same time.  Please be aware and sensitive to that scenario to avoid future back-ups.  For safety reasons avoid turning on washers and other appliances just before leaving your condo. Thanks in advance for paying attention to these details.

PARKING PERMITS

At this point everyone has received their static cling parking permits. Please affix them to the top left hand corner of your windshield.  Your cooperation on this matter is appreciated. With this small act we will collectively be able to better police our own lots. Please request additional windshield stickers or stickers to affix to vehicles in the back lots by calling manager at 471.0936. Stickers need to be on vehicles by the February 15, 2011.


2010

Let's remember to respect our neighbors by:
- keeping the hallways clear of personal items.
- keeping the decks clear of all items except patio furniture.
- parking vehicles that are not used daily in the back lots.
- all vehicles on property must be owned by Reserve Residents and have current registration.
- recycle items that can be recycled, closest recycling center is the Edwards Rest Area.


Winterize your home
As we approach winter a few things to do  to make your home warmer and safer.
In no particular order:
- Have your chimney inspected and cleaned. It has been a few years since attention
  has been placed on this item.
- Check the age of your hot water heater if it older than 14 years old you should
  be replacing it before is a necessity.
- Seal your windows and doors to make the more energy efficient.
- Keep the entry way doors c
losed at all times to keep the hallways warmer.
- Keep entry way closets empty for easy access to shovels.
- If you have a water hose attached to the outside of the building please detach and store
  away until next spring.
- Clear decks.

Club House Rental
Summer is a GREAT time to invite friends over for a barbecue. The Clubhouse located on the banks of the Eagle River is an incredible location to host a party whether it's a baby shower, birthday party or any other type of party. The rental fee is very reasonable at $100 for residents and $200 for non-residents. There is a $250 deposit which is returned upon the clubhouse inspection by the manager.

Solar Power
We are investigating converting to Solar Power for our common electrical usage such as hallway and parking lots lights as well as heating the pool. Would you consider tapping into the Solar Power energy source for your own condo if that was an option? We will put together some numbers for a future presentation.
